Returns & Exchanges

Bottles:

You may return unused retail merchandise, with it's original packaging in resaleable conditionup to 15 days after you receive it. This does not include customized products. Shipping on returns must be prepaid. All returns must be reported Cool Green Attitude who will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All return shipment boxes must be marked with the RMA number. Your account will be credited only for merchandise that has been reported to us and then received by us in good condition. A 10% restocking fee will be charged to your account. Additional fees will apply if merchandise is not in its original packaging or condition.

We do not accept returns for used bottles.

Customised Bottles:

We do not accept returns on Customised Bottles, unless damaged or faulty.

Clothes:
We cannot accept refunds and exchanges on wholesale items. If you receive a damaged item or wrong product, we will send you a replacement. Please refer to our Trade Terms and Conditions for full details of our Returns Policy. We need to be informed of any errors within 5 working business days. Please ensure that you check and examine all orders received on the day of delivery.

Damages:

Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact Cool Green Attitude for a RMA number. If we recall the merchandise, please mark all boxes with the RMA number.
